xiamubumu/dsh-aux-degrade

dsh-aux-degrade stops auxiliary calls such as compaction and title generation from eating the output budget: it lowers reasoning effort to off unless the caller set it explicitly, raises maxTokens to at least 1024, appends faithful-preservation requirements to the compaction instruction and clears tools on compaction calls.

dsh-aux-degrade stops reasoning for auxiliary calls like compaction and title generation so inference does not eat the whole output budget. It lowers the reasoning effort to off for those auxiliary callers - but only when the caller has not explicitly set a level itself, so it never overrides someone else's explicit intent - raises maxTokens to no less than 1024, appends two faithful-preservation requirements (a 'Standing facts & constraints' section and a 'Commands & outcomes' section) to the compaction instruction idempotently, and clears the tools list on compaction calls.
