dsh-stockmcp brings stock market intelligence to DeepSeek Harness by dynamically syncing the stockmcp.net remote MCP server (JSON-RPC 2.0 over HTTPS) as model tools. The tool list and parameter schemas are never frozen: they are re-synced at activation, every 10 minutes and on demand whenever a call reports an unknown tool. It covers real-time quotes and price history, biggest gainers/losers/most actives, income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, dividends and splits, SEC filings (list / sections / insider trades), company news, and economic indicators, treasury rates and sector/industry snapshots. The host plugin wraps the MCP server as model tools and exposes same-origin /stockmcp-api routes for the settings page, and the settings page, tool descriptions and errors follow the DSH language environment automatically.
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-stockmcpCopied verbatim from the README's one-command install; the README also documents a one-key bash <(curl ...) installer that handles the pnpm 24-hour minimum release age.
Compatibility
Requires DeepSeek Harness (dsh CLI) with a web profile and Node.js >= 20. Zero dependencies, pure ESM, no build step. Tool calls require an API key from stockmcp.net, configurable via the Settings page (Settings -> StockMCP, hot-reloaded), ~/.dsh/settings.yaml, or the STOCKMCP_API_KEY environment variable; without a key the plugin stays up but tool calls return a clear configuration error. English, Simplified Chinese and Japanese READMEs.
