StruggleYang/dsh-project-kanban

Per-workspace project kanban board: nine kanban_* model tools for agent-driven planning plus a browser board UI, with disk persistence, undo, templates, and archiving.

A kanban board inside DSH integrated with the conversation: the agent writes planning cards via 9 model tools (kanban_get, kanban_add_card, kanban_update_card, kanban_delete_card, kanban_move_card, kanban_duplicate_card, kanban_add_column, kanban_rename_column, kanban_delete_column) while you talk. Boards are isolated per workspace (project), persisted to kanban-board-<workspaceId>.json (survives refresh and restarts), with a browser board UI tab in the session header, labels & colors (feature/bug/docs/optimization), priority with colored left-edge bars, custom card colors, in-column ordering and duplication.

FAQ

Who writes the kanban cards?
The agent does, during planning and feature breakdown, through the nine kanban_* model tools — while you keep talking in the same session.
Is data persisted?
Yes — every change is written to kanban-board-<workspaceId>.json, surviving page refresh and process restarts.
How are boards isolated?
Each workspace (project) has its own board; the agent tools resolve the current workspace automatically.
