dsh-project-mcp-manager adds project-level MCP auto-loading to DeepSeek Harness. Writing MCP server configs in <projectRoot>/.dsh/mcp.yml, <projectRoot>/.dsh/mcp.json or the read-only legacy .mcp.json mounts them automatically (through the official @deepseek-ai/dsh-mcp-client) whenever a dsh session opens in that project. A chokidar watcher hot-reloads config changes into the running process after a 150 ms debounce, project discovery walks up to the nearest ancestor containing .git, and each (project, serverName) pair mounts one client instance registered into the global tool layer with session-cwd tool isolation so a workspace switch cannot leave another project's tools visible. The default bundle includes a companion settings page for the web and desktop apps (add/switch/remove servers and manage tools), and the plugin has a documented security boundary - stdio config lines spawn commands inside the host process, so config files are executable code carriers.

Compatibility
v0.7.x and v0.8.x target the dsh 0.2.0 line starting at 0.2.0-rc.2; hosts still on dsh 0.1.5 should stay on plugin v0.6.0. The official client owns the protocol, reconnect, tool names, resources and server instructions; this plugin owns project-level discovery, session-cwd visibility, the MCP file format and the settings page. Transport types are decided by the official client. English README with a Chinese translation.
