Every chat in a folder becomes one long memory: each new turn starts with a short, fixed-size summary of everything before, and the agent can open any summary line down to the exact words.

Elephant Memory makes every chat in a folder one long memory: each new turn starts with a short, fixed-size summary of everything said before, and the agent can open any summary line down to the exact words. It is described in the README as an independent implementation of Victor Taelin's UniiChat specification (first published as OptChat).
