Two poll-based triggers, gmail/message-received and gmail/message-sent, are seeded on first activation so the mailbox is never replayed. Permanent deletes are clearly labelled and require explicit user confirmation, and the agent is prompted to prefer trash unless the user asked for irreversible removal.

Compatibility
A single Cordis plugin bundle. Auth is OAuth2 with gmail.modify, gmail.settings.basic, gmail.compose, gmail.send and contacts.readonly scopes; credentials are env-var references resolved per operation via ctx.credentials, never stored in config, and gmail_authorize captures and stores the refresh token automatically (only GMAIL_CLIENT_ID / GMAIL_CLIENT_SECRET need setting).
