The DeepSeek Harness integration for Tuning Engines: installs the native Harness bundle so DSH turn, model-step and tool lifecycle telemetry is exported to the Tuning Engines control plane, with the option to enforce TE governance before a tool executes. The same CLI drives the project's broader surface — governed AI runtimes, training agents (Cody for code autocomplete, SIERA for bug fixing, plus an upcoming Resolve/Extractor/Guard/OpsPilot set), training-job and model management, evaluations, inference, an MCP server for Claude Desktop/Code, and a VS Code/Cursor/Windsurf integration.
