DSH plugin: manage agent skills in settings | DSH plugin: settings page skills management panel
Adds a Skills panel to the DSH Settings page for managing and viewing local skill directories: global skills under ~/.agents/skills (respects DSH_AGENTS_HOME) and project-level skills under <workspace>/.agents/skills for every workspace registered in the harness. The panel lists each skill with its description, body and directory contents, supports searching across the current scope, removing skills, and opening the directory in the system file manager.
