DeepSeek Harness Skin adds 21 built-in UI themes plus a one-image custom theme generator to your DSH web interface -- all without changing any agent functionality. Built-in skins include pop-culture themes (Hatsune Miku, Genshin Night/Dawn, Wuthering Tide, QQ 2007, Dragon Ball, Naruto, DeepSeek-tan) and minimalist variants. The custom path extracts four seed colors from any PNG/JPG/WebP, derives a full palette with contrast-preserving opacity, and stores the result locally -- no cloud upload. Switch skins with a single click in Settings > General > Skin.

cd /path/to/deepseek-harness && pnpm install && pnpm run build && pnpm dsh webRequires a local deepseek-harness source checkout at v0.1.0-rc.5, Node.js 22.19+, and pnpm. Running DSH via npx will not work -- skins are compiled with the frontend. The installer backs up all touched files to ~/.dsh-skin-backups/<timestamp>/. To revert: bash scripts/uninstall.sh /path/to/deepseek-harness.

Requires deepseek-harness source checkout v0.1.0-rc.5, Node.js 22.19+, pnpm. NOT compatible with npx @deepseek-ai/dsh binary install. macOS/Linux only (bash installer).
