Makes DSH the next implementer of the open Agent Skills standard (SKILL.md): imports the whole existing ecosystem with zero migration — your .claude/skills/ library, Cursor rules, Claude Code slash commands (.claude/commands/*.md → user-invokable skills), and AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.md context files. Your existing skill libraries become available in DSH with the skill tool loading them including bundled resources, and the catalog lists them for the model.
