Use local Codex App Server as a model provider in DeepSeek Harness
Use the Codex account already signed in on your computer directly from DeepSeek Harness — no OpenAI API key configured in DSH. After install and restart, select a model from Codex App Server (local) in the existing model selector. DSH continues to own conversation and tool execution, so the existing DSH plugin and tool ecosystem stays available; model requests reach the current Codex account through the local Codex App Server. Supports image input and writes native Codex image-generation results back into the DSH conversation.
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add github:wingoo/codex-plugin-dshGitHub install per README (English edition): dsh plugin --profile web add github:wingoo/codex-plugin-dsh (from a source checkout: pnpm dsh plugin --profile web add github:wingoo/codex-plugin-dsh). Before a versioned release exists, pin a tested commit: dsh plugin --profile web add github:wingoo/codex-plugin-dsh#<commit-sha>. Prereqs: a Codex CLI satisfying the plugin requirements and codex login completed. After install, restart DSH and select a model from Codex App Server (local). The README also provides a safe prompt-based install flow through a DSH session with full host permissions.
Compatibility
