dsh-network gives DeepSeek Harness seamless internet access. It replaces the official tool-web web_search/web_fetch with a long-lived loopback Node CLI over undici, parses PDF / Office (OOXML and ODF) / EPUB documents to Markdown via officeparser, and contributes a low-level http_request tool, a dedicated '网络' settings section and web block renderers to the dsh web frontend. web_search returns citeable sources with title/snippet/date, a summary, a status and uncertainty/warnings arrays; web_fetch returns Markdown or raw body plus outgoing links and warnings, caching bodies larger than ~20 KB server-side and paging the rest with a cacheId + offset/limit instead of re-downloading.
