Trail Map (trailmap) — a disk-persisted execution-planning plugin that stores the plan, execution state, field notes and debrief of multi-step tasks entirely in the workspace .trail/ directory, so interrupted sessions, context compression or a restart in a new session don't lose your bearings. Steps move todo -> in progress -> done (cancellable/revivable), unmet dependencies are auto-marked blocked, and a deterministic check gate verifies all steps are closed.

A local-checkout form (dsh plugin --profile demo add ./file-planning) is also documented; the harness inserts the dsh-plugin-trailmap patch layer via cordis.patch.yml. Compatibility
