dsh-better-deepseek is a bridge plugin that lets the Better DeepSeek Chrome extension drive DeepSeek Harness: it exposes an HTTP handshake endpoint and session-filtered SSE event streams over the harness webServer, so the browser extension can ping the harness, subscribe to live session events, create an agent session with a working directory, submit prompts, fetch the final Markdown report and status, and cancel running tasks. In effect it turns the extension's UI into a remote control surface for DSH sessions while the harness remains the execution engine.
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add -w dsh-better-deepseeknpm package dsh-better-deepseek 0.1.0 (registry-verified 2026-08-24). Install via DSH: dsh plugin --profile web add -w dsh-better-deepseek, or npx @deepseek-ai/dsh --profile web add -w dsh-better-deepseek. The -w flag installs into the web profile's workspace. Bridges the Better DeepSeek Chrome extension to DeepSeek Harness over the built-in webServer.
Compatibility
