A session change-review plugin for DSH that automatically tracks file write/edit tool calls and renders them as line-level diffs. It records before/after content and timestamps, renders LCS line-level diffs with added/removed/context colouring and both-side line numbers, keeps each session reviewing only its own changes (with subagent changes aggregated into the root parent session), and pushes live updates over SSE instead of polling. It can revert a single change (later non-overlapping changes are kept; overlapping ones are rejected with a hint) or a whole file (restoring the pre-session snapshot; a file created in-session is deleted), writing directly to disk, and adds a per-turn "本轮变更审查" card at each turn's tail that is independent of the session-wide Review tab. Colours are configurable under Settings → 修改审查 with light/dark presets.
