Blaczz/dsh-soundscape

Gives the agent's turns an audio identity in the DSH web GUI: synthesized WebAudio feedback when a turn starts, succeeds, fails, or blocks on you — send rebound clack, celebration fanfare + confetti burst on completion, low buzz on errors, two-tone alert when waiting on you — plus optional typing ambience. Every sound is generated live by oscillators and envelopes (no audio files, no network requests, no core modifications), and a ctx.soundscape service is exposed for other plugins.
