dsh-notify shows Windows native toast + sound notifications for DeepSeek Harness conversation events: turn completed, turn errored, goal met, agent question (ask_user_question), and approval requests (approval/asked) — but only when the app is in the background (web page visible or a desktop-shell window focused silences completion alerts; question/approval alerts always fire since those need you back). A session-header bell toggles all notifications and a volume slider (0–100%) persists to ~/.dsh/dsh-notify.json; smart dedup prevents repeat pings within 5s per session, and subagent-internal sessions don't notify.
