Add a WSL workspace from the web GUI without needing to install dsh or related tools again inside WSL. Bash commands and file read/write operations run within the local WSL distribution on the host machine, while Windows files remain accessible.
dsh-wsl-workspace adds a WSL workspace picker directly to the DSH Web sidebar. Choose a distribution, browse or validate a Linux path, optionally select a Linux user, and the new session receives Linux-native paths for bash and file operations. Commands execute inside WSL while Windows files stay reachable through /mnt drive mounts. Standard, PTC, Minimal, and Creative modes automatically select their WSL variants, so users do not need a second DSH installation inside the distribution.
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-wsl-workspaceRestart dsh web after installation. A prebuilt GitHub URL and local-directory install are also documented. Windows with an installed WSL distribution is required.
