wefio/dsh-cache-miss
Yellow one-line prompt-cache-miss notice under assistant replies that rebuilt the prompt cache.
dsh-cache-miss renders a single yellow one-line prompt-cache-miss notice under an assistant reply whose request rebuilt the prompt cache — shown the moment the miss is detected from the stream's usage. A cache miss is defined as: inputTokens > 0 AND hitRatio < 80% (over 20% of the prefill was uncached) AND inputTokens >= 1000 (at least 1k tokens re-billed). The notice reads: 'Cache miss after 3m idle: 182k tokens re-billed · 0.8k cached · ttft 2.1s ↑' — idle (gap from previous turn end to this one's start), re-billed (uncached input tokens), cached (cached-read portion), ttft (first-token latency with up-arrow hint for rebuild). For providers that report no cache fields, it shows a grey notice 'Provider reports no cache fields — cannot confirm cache status' once per provider.
