dsh-plugin-subscriptions unlocks ChatGPT (Codex), Claude, and Grok (X Premium) as LLM providers inside DeepSeek Harness -- no API keys, just your existing paid subscription. Log in via OAuth in Settings -> Subscriptions (or let it import credentials from an existing Claude Code session). Once connected, each provider appears in the DSH session model picker with its live model catalog. Codex and Grok models that support reasoning levels get an Effort selector; Codex fast-tier models get a Speed toggle (Standard/Fast) in the composer. The plugin also adds image_generate and video_generate tools that render inline inside conversations.
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-plugin-subscriptionsInstall from npm (prebuilt, no build permission required). Alternatively from GitHub: dsh plugin --profile web add github:V1ki/dsh-plugin-subscriptions -- pnpm will prompt to allow the build script: add the printed key under allowBuilds in the profile pnpm-workspace.yaml, then re-run add. Restart DSH web after install.

- Does dsh-plugin-subscriptions require an OpenAI API key?
- No. It uses your existing ChatGPT (Codex) subscription via OAuth -- the same account you log into at chatgpt.com. No API key billing. You just need an active ChatGPT Plus, Pro, or Team subscription.
- How does Claude login work?
- If you have Claude Code installed and logged in, the plugin imports credentials automatically from macOS Keychain or ~/.claude/.credentials.json. Without Claude Code, it falls back to browser OAuth in the DSH web UI -- the same flow used for Codex and Grok.
- What models does this unlock in DSH?
- The plugin pulls each provider's live model catalog, so you see whatever models your subscription tier currently includes. Codex shows GPT-4o and Codex reasoning models; Claude shows your Claude tier models; Grok shows Grok 4.5/4.6 and image/video generation.
