songofhawk/dsh-alpha

dsh-alpha is a control plane for dispatching coding work across machines and agent runtimes from one DSH conversation: workers connect outward over an authenticated WebSocket gateway (no public IP needed), repositories are recognised across machines and local paths, and tasks, approvals, cancellation and durable recovery stream back into the same conversation.

dsh-alpha is a control plane for dispatching coding work across machines and agent runtimes from one DSH conversation. A global workspace inventory recognises the same Git repository across several machines and local paths, repository-aware scheduling prefers a worker that already has it (cloning on demand only inside an allowed root), and per-turn controls select agent, model, reasoning effort and permission mode without leaving the conversation. It dispatches once and waits on events, resuming with the same durable task ID after an interruption, routes worker approval requests back to the active Alpha session instead of hanging invisibly, and reconnects automatically over an authenticated reverse WebSocket gateway. Operational tooling includes a web sidebar, a headless runner, a status CLI, a worker doctor and a multi-device acceptance checklist.

Install

dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-alpha

Copied verbatim from the README's install line; a second form using --profile alpha is also documented.

Compatibility

A DSH plugin (Web or headless master) that coordinates existing provider CLIs - it does not replace their installation, authentication or security controls, and execution stays constrained to each Worker's explicit allowed roots. Workers connect outward to the master, so they need no public IP. The README states it is a plugin for DSH (DeepSeek Harness).
