Product Team Mode turns DeepSeek Harness into a virtual product development team: say 'I have an idea, I want to build XX' and the AI runs the pipeline — interviews you like a product manager to clarify the idea → writes a requirements document for review → designs the technical plan → implements → runs QA and security audit → prepares release materials. Eight stages cover all 12 phases (idea validation, product definition & PRD with acceptance criteria, technical design & task breakdown, development with testing + security audit, release & deploy). Each stage finishes with a report; you approve before it advances (stage-gate control). You never write code or learn the process.
