Feishu and Lark text and image channel plugin for DeepSeek Harness
A Feishu/Lark channel plugin for DeepSeek Harness powered by the official @larksuiteoapi/node-sdk: text/rich-text/image/file input, durable Harness attachments with model-aware multimodal input (ordinary files downloaded into .dsh-lark/inbox/), model text replies, generated-image upload and workspace-file delivery. Persistent isolated sessions per chat; /new switches to a blank session while retaining history; agent presets mounted (default standard); registered Harness slash commands execute directly; same-conversation /approve and /reject for one-shot tool approvals; bot commands /bot-ping, /bot-help, /bot-image-test, /bot-file-test, /bot-status, /bot-cancel. Dormant startup when unconfigured — installation alone never blocks Harness Web.
Install
pnpm dsh plugin --profile web add github:sliverp/DeepSeek-harness-larkpnpm dsh plugin --profile web add github:sliverp/DeepSeek-harness-lark (or local checkout path). Then configure the Lark app: create a custom app in the Feishu developer console, enable bot capability, grant im:message scopes, select long-connection event delivery, subscribe to im.message.receive_v1, publish a version and add the bot to chats. Put App ID in LARK_APP_ID and App Secret under the Harness credential reference LARK_APP_SECRET (or ~/.dsh/.env). Requires Node.js 22.19+, pnpm 10.33.4, DSH 0.1.0-rc.7+.
Compatibility
DSH 0.1.0-rc.7+; Node.js 22.19+; pnpm 10.33.4. Uses official WebSocket transport — no public callback server required. Supports both Feishu and international Lark.

FAQ
- Do I need a public server?
- No — it uses Feishu/Lark's official WebSocket long-connection delivery, so no public callback server is required.
- Which scopes does the Lark app need?
- im:message.p2p_msg:readonly, im:message.group_at_msg:readonly, im:message:readonly, im:message:send_as_bot, and im:resource.
- What happens before credentials are configured?
- The plugin stays dormant — installation alone never blocks Harness Web.
