dsh-cited lets you ask your Cited documents from DeepSeek Harness and get the source with every answer. Two native tools — cited_search and cited_ask — connect to your configured Cited installation over POST /api/mcp; you keep documents in Cited while you work in your agent, then check answers against numbered source passages, choosing document search or a full cited answer. Cited hosts documents and retrieval while DSH hosts the agent and this plugin. The README records an early-development verification: with keyword search and no embeddings, 2 of 3 natural questions were answered with a supported price citation, and the English question missed the Spanish passage while Cited refused. url and token start empty so you can install before configuring, and a call reports the missing field as a tool error without breaking the harness.
Install

Compatibility
Requires DeepSeek Harness within the declared dsh-tools peer range (0.1 / 0.2) and a running Cited server with MCP enabled and its token; Node >=22.19, with development and evidence on Node 24. Two native tools are used, so no MCP client row in cordis.yml is needed. Configuration fields are url (a Cited address such as https://cited.example.com; the plugin appends /api/mcp) and token (the server's CITED_MCP_TOKEN, a secret field), plus timeoutMs (default 30000); without a token, Cited's MCP endpoint is off.
