pinkllo/dsh-reasoning-translator

DeepSeek Harness plugin: make the model write its chain-of-thought in your language

Translates visible reasoning and final answers in the DSH Web UI only — session logs are never rewritten. The Host + browser pair supports two backends: free on-device Chrome Translator / LanguageDetector (desktop Chrome 138+ or recent Edge; first use of a language pair may download a pack and needs a click) or an OpenAI-compatible API endpoint configured in Settings (the Host calls it, so the browser never hits CORS). Source language is auto-detected before translating.

FAQ

Are session logs modified?
No — translation happens in the Web UI only; session logs are not rewritten.
Which backends are supported?
Free on-device Chrome Translator/LanguageDetector (desktop Chrome 138+ or recent Edge) or any OpenAI-compatible API configured in Settings.
Why does the Host call the API?
So the browser never hits CORS — the Host process calls the endpoint you configure and streams the translation back.
