Pause / resume / cancel the in-flight conversation task from the composer area: forced pause interrupts immediately and remembers the interrupted tool, safe pause lands after the tool or reasoning finishes, resume asks for confirmation, and the default pause granularity is configurable in the settings.
dsh-task-control adds task pause, resume and cancel controls to DeepSeek Harness Web. Three persistent buttons appear beside the input box while a task is running: Pause (using the configured default), Resume (continues from the pause point without repeating completed work) and Cancel (stops the current turn immediately). Pause modes are safe wait (default -- lets reasoning and tools finish naturally), safe stop (waits for tools but may interrupt current reasoning) and force (immediately interrupts reasoning and in-flight tools). The default is changed under Settings -> Task control and applies immediately. Slash commands include /pause, /pause force and /pause safe wait.
