dsh-telegram-duty turns your phone into an always-on pocket duty office for DeepSeek Harness: message the bot and a dedicated 'duty' session runs the task, replying back to Telegram (long replies split under the message limit). Every message is acknowledged instantly and the phone keeps a typing indicator until the result arrives. /sessions lists workspace sessions with numbered buttons to route follow-ups (offline sessions wake automatically); /duty returns to the default route. In duty mode, approval requests from all sessions forward to the phone as Approve/Reject buttons and unanswered approvals fail closed after 10 minutes; /away and /unblock manage stuck turns. A telegram_ask tool pushes option-button questions to the phone, and telegram_notify lets any session's agent send you messages. Only the whitelisted chat id is served — other senders are logged and ignored.
