DSH plugin for Telegram bot integration
DeepSeek Harness Telegram bot integration: send messages with Markdown/HTML formatting, send photos and documents via file_id or URL, edit and delete existing messages, optionally long-poll for incoming messages, inject Telegram messages into the DSH agent loop for AI-powered conversations, and run several bots at once (each with its own token and mention rules). Inbound voice notes can be transcribed via an OpenAI-compatible Whisper endpoint.

- How do I provide the bot token?
- Preferred: the DSH credentials system — put TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN in $DSH_HOME/.credentials.yaml (0600) or the Credentials settings page; env var or plain config also work.
- Can I run multiple bots?
- Yes — a bots: array, each with its own token and an envKey pointing at a distinct credentials key so tokens never leak across bots.
- Can it transcribe voice notes?
- Yes — optionally route inbound voice notes to an OpenAI-compatible Whisper endpoint and reply with the transcript under the voice bubble.
