dsh-plugin-wiki-skills packages the claude-obsidian-derived knowledge-suite skills as a DeepSeek Harness plugin: wiki, wiki-ingest, wiki-query, wiki-lint and save mount on the ctx.skills registry as a read-only bundled provider, alongside the think reasoning loop and Obsidian Markdown/Bases references. The package declares a dsh.bundle patch that inserts one wiki-skills row. The skills cover vault setup and scaffolding, ingesting sources into the vault (extracting entities and concepts and cross-referencing them), answering from the vault (hot cache then index then pages, with citations), health-checking orphans, dead links, frontmatter gaps and stale index entries, and filing conversation insights back into the vault; upstream script-bound mechanics are covered natively by the companion dsh-plugin-wiki-tools instead.

Compatibility
Mounts on the ctx.skills registry as a read-only bundled provider named wiki-skills with bundled-rank (600) candidates, so project, runtime and user skills with the same name win over this suite. Each skill declares resourceBase: directory so bodies can reference sibling files under references/, and malformed frontmatter fails loud at discovery instead of silently skipping a skill. Pair it with dsh-plugin-wiki-tools for the native wiki_query / wiki_write / wiki_lint tools and with dsh-wiki-web for a self-hosted web UI over the same vault.
