dsh-workspace-memories gives every DeepSeek Harness workspace its own durable memory files, injected into each session running in that workspace and editable by both the user and the agent. Default storage lives outside the project tree (under ~/.dsh/workspace-memory/<workspace>/) so server addresses, machine-specific paths and personal conventions never risk being committed, with an opt-in workspace storage mode for teams who want memories versioned alongside code.
dsh-workspace-memories gives every workspace its own durable memory files, injects them into every session running in that workspace, and lets both you and the agent manage them. It closes the gap left by DSH agents being stateless across sessions and by AGENTS.md being a static, project-owned file the agent cannot update - and by the fact that some things (server addresses and topologies, local environment quirks, machine-specific paths, personal working conventions) should not live in the project folder at all and risk being committed to git. Every workspace gets a memory directory outside the repo by default, memories are injected automatically into each session created in that workspace, and the memory loop is explicit and small.
Install
dsh plugin --profile desktop add dsh-workspace-memoriesCopied verbatim from the README's install block; the README also documents a GitHub form and a local-checkout form, and uninstalling from the Plugins page or with dsh plugin --profile desktop remove dsh-workspace-memories.
Compatibility
Default storage is outside the project directory, under the DSH data directory (~/.dsh/workspace-memory/<workspace>/), with plain Markdown you can read, diff and back up; an opt-in workspace storage mode keeps memories in <workspace>/.dsh/memory/ for teams who want them versioned alongside the code.
