Questionnaire-style batch questioning plugin for DeepSeek Harness: 10+ questions at once (single/multi/yes-no
Lets the model ask a whole questionnaire at once instead of ten sequential round-trips: the do_a_survey tool renders questions in one card and the user submits once. Five question types (single, multi, yes/no, compare, open) across four modes — compact (single-question card), inline (embedded in the conversation column), overlay (fullscreen, for compare), grid (matrix of many simple questions). Replies arrive as structured data { id, selected, custom?, skipped? } so the model never parses prose. Every question has a skip; full Markdown and {color:red}text{/color} support; readable two-column recap after submit.
