guard42/dsh-humanize
Humanize mode agent default: arrange multi-stage goals into a recoverable flow (draft→check→lock→final review→run/resume), SHA-256 flow lock identity + HMAC final access control + event traceability breakpoint continuation; 15 flow_* tools, pure node: built-in zero npm dependency, dsh plugin add github:Guard42/dsh-humanize Ready to install, compatible with the original harness persistence layer starting from v0.1.1 (no custom session events are written)
dsh-humanize installs the 'Humanize mode' agent preset, which arranges multi-stage goals into an explicit, recoverable flow rather than letting the agent free-run: stages carry judge commands whose exit 0 is required for the stage to count ('Lean accepts it, or it does not'), flow locks get semantic normalization plus SHA-256 into immutable flk_<digest> identities re-verified on load against tampering, a review gate is HMAC-signed with immutable approved/rejected/bypassed terminal states where rejected reasons fold back into the draft, and an append-only events.jsonl is the source of truth for recovery — 'the review is the next prompt': unapproved locks are never executed. Event storage, Web GUI and subagents come from the host; a parity doc maps what is mechanism-aligned vs host-provided vs explicitly non-goal.
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add github:Guard42/dsh-humanizeGitHub install per README (repo README zh-primary with linked English edition README.en.md): dsh plugin --profile web add github:Guard42/dsh-humanize — the repo is a dsh.bundle whose installer bridge syncs the preset into ~/.dsh/.agent-presets/humanize at DSH startup. One-liners also documented: curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Guard42/dsh-humanize/main/tools/install.sh | bash (macOS/Linux) and a PowerShell irm one-liner (Windows). After install, restart DSH and pick the 'Humanize 模式' preset.
Compatibility
DSH agent-preset mechanism (preset root ~/.dsh/.agent-presets/humanize); judge commands need a shell (bash/PowerShell); Windows Defender/HIPS whitelisting note for ~/.dsh if ACCESS_DENIED occurs.

FAQ
- Is this a theme or a behavior preset?
- A behavior preset: Humanize mode turns multi-stage goals into an explicit flow with judge commands, immutable locks and a review gate — not a UI skin.
- How does a stage 'count'?
- Each stage runs a judge command; only exit 0 validates the stage — 'Lean accepts it, or it does not'.
- What happens when a review rejects work?
- The rejection reason folds back into the draft and the lock stays unexecuted — the review is the next prompt, and events.jsonl keeps the flow recoverable.
