View DeepSeek API account balance and billing information in DSH
Adds a Billing page to DeepSeek Harness Web settings: shows DeepSeek API available, topped-up, and granted balance with manual refresh plus loading / empty / error states; a refresh failure keeps the last successful balance and timestamp. Chinese/English live switching, light/dark theme and narrow-screen support, and a /deepseek-billing slash command for a quick balance check in a conversation (results shown in a transient notice in new blank sessions, cleared on activation, expiry, or navigation). Deliberately minimal by first principles: host reads credentials and calls DeepSeek's official balance endpoint; client only displays and refreshes — no history, trends, predictions, alerts, or auto top-up.
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add github:golitter/dsh-deepseek-billingGitHub install per README (English edition docs/README.en.md): dsh plugin --profile web add github:golitter/dsh-deepseek-billing. Then configure $DSH_HOME/.credentials.yaml with a DEEPSEEK_API_KEY ref (version: 1, refs block; chmod 600 on POSIX) and start dsh --profile web. npm 404 at verify — GitHub is the documented channel.
