🎨 DeepSeek Harness skin studio — built-in curated skins + a community skin gallery. Skin studio: built-in selected skins · User uploaded skin center, so that each agent has its own face
DSH Skin Studio is a no-code workbench for creating, trying on, installing and sharing DeepSeek Harness skins. Skins are 'alive': characters, mascots, cursors and chimes evolve with the model's reasoning effort rather than being a static theme pack. It ships a no-code composer for building your own skin in minutes, safe installation of community packs, one-click rollback of anything you tried, and a browser live demo (a mock host with the full UI) so you can explore before installing locally. If a skin makes the interface unreadable, appending ?safe-theme=1 returns you to the native theme.
Install
git clone https://github.com/daboge-beach/dsh-skin-studio.git && cd dsh-skin-studio && pnpm setup && pnpm install-to-dshStep 1 clones and runs 'pnpm setup' (downloads skin assets on first run); step 2 runs 'pnpm install-to-dsh' (described as idempotent, wiring it into your local DSH); step 3 restarts DSH and opens Settings -> Skin Studio. The README states plainly that npm distribution is NOT published yet, so the clone + install-to-dsh path (verified in the repo CI) is the only route. Requirements: Node.js >=20, pnpm >=9 and DeepSeek Harness.
Compatibility
DeepSeek Harness with Node.js >=20 and pnpm >=9. The install is idempotent and reversible; loading '?safe-theme=1' returns the UI to the native theme if a skin makes it unreadable. A no-install live demo with a mock host runs in the browser at daboge-beach.github.io/dsh-skin-studio/.
