dsh-open-with opens the current registered DeepSeek Harness Workspace in an installed local editor from the Web GUI. A compact split button in the Session Header launches the preferred editor directly or opens the full editor chooser; the Workspace … menu entry stays available on compatible clients. The Host auto-detects VS Code variants, Cursor, Windsurf, Zed, Trae, VSCodium, JetBrains IDEs, Android Studio, Sublime Text, the platform terminal and file manager on macOS/Windows/Linux (PATH lookup plus platform-standard locations, Windows App Paths and a bounded JetBrains Toolbox scan). Operator-configured profiles can add or override launch targets. 'Refresh editors' re-runs Host discovery and updates every mounted Header/menu launcher without restarting DSH. Security is the headline: the browser receives only editor ids/labels/availability, commands never cross the wire, the Host resolves the Workspace via ctx.workspaceRegistry and spawns through a validated allowlist, strips credential-named environment variables from child processes (SSH_AUTH_SOCK retained), opens only still-existing registered Workspaces, and never reads or writes Workspace files.
