It registers agent tools and slash commands (/research-idea, /research-plan, /paper-write, /paper-compile, arxiv_search, latex_compile, meeting_deck, the server_* remote-compute quartet and more) plus eleven bundled research skills, and every view live-refreshes over SSE as the agent writes.
