zoahdev/dsh-pet-evolve

The pet that grows with your agent: 5 evolution stages earned from real signals (verified rules, completed sessions, tool calls, compactions), agent-state mirroring, and one-click growth share cards. Zero dependencies, 100% local.

A pet that grows with your DSH agent instead of sitting in a static sprite gallery. Its body is earned: five evolution stages are drawn live on canvas and levelled up from real agent signals, so the pet reflects the agent's actual work. It mirrors session state — working, done, failed, idle — and mints shareable growth cards, with an EVOLUTION.md file you can point it at to track progress. It runs standalone via npx or as a plugin inside DSH, and keeps all data local.

Install

dsh plugin --profile web add github:zoahdev/dsh-pet-evolve

README 'DSH plugin mode' install for the web profile. The project also runs standalone as a CLI/server: npx dsh-pet-evolve, optionally with --profile ~/.dsh/profiles/web and --evolution <path to EVOLUTION.md>; npx dsh-pet-evolve --report prints a report. Not published to npm — registry 404 verified 2026-09-11 for dsh-pet-evolve.

Compatibility

DSH web profile for plugin mode, or standalone with no DSH install. Zero dependencies and all data stays on your machine; the pet mirrors real session events (working / done / failed / idle) rather than a decorative animation.
