dsh-plan-build-mode adds an opencode-style Plan/Build mode switcher to DeepSeek Harness: an always-visible dropdown in the composer beside the permission control switches the current session both ways, and a Default mode row in Settings -> General decides which mode newly created sessions start in.
dsh-plan-build-mode adds an opencode-style Plan/Build mode switcher to DeepSeek Harness. DSH 0.2.0-rc.2 already ships Plan mode, but the official composer chip is exit-only - the only way into Plan mode was typing /plan by hand. This plugin takes the same seat (conversation.input.plan) with register({ priority: -1 }) and supplies an always-visible two-way dropdown immediately to the right of the permission control, showing Build or Plan with a check-marked menu that maps to the shipped /plan and /plan off commands, an optimistic display while a switch is in flight, and a blue highlight while in Plan mode. It also adds a Default mode row in Settings -> General (under the permission row) that decides which mode newly created sessions start in by appending the first-party plan/mode event on session/created for brand-new sessions. It modifies no official file, and uninstalling returns the official PlanChip to its original behaviour.
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add github:yzhclcl/dsh-plan-build-modeCopied verbatim from the README's 'Straight from GitHub (no npm publish needed)' block; the README's first install line pins the npm version dsh-plan-build-mode@1.1.0, and the desktop app installs from the in-app Plugins page.
Compatibility
Declared range >=0.2.0-0 <0.3.0-0; verified on Windows, web profile, on dsh 0.2.0-rc.2. Targets the 0.2.x seat layout (conversation.input.plan, settings.general.item) and the plan/mode event, so older 0.1.x hosts are out of scope. Plan mode itself is a soft prompt-level guide, not a sandbox - hard restriction comes from the independent permission presets. English README with a Chinese translation.
