YiHarvest/dsh-failure-capsule
Local-first failure evidence capsules for DeepSeek Harness sessions
A local-first failure-evidence capsule plugin: when a tool or agent fails, it packages what happened before the failure, the project state at that moment, and the runtime/plugin combination into a redacted ZIP. Default triggers: failed tool/result events, error/blocked/interrupted turn endings, and live agent/error signals without a durable failed-turn record (user cancellation excluded unless triggerOnAborted). Includes git evidence, a bounded failure window, secret redaction, and source-map reversal of compressed JS stacks back to original source locations.
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-failure-capsulenpm package dsh-failure-capsule 0.2.1 (registry-verified 2026-08-25). README (English edition) documents installing per profile: dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-failure-capsule and dsh plugin --profile headless add dsh-failure-capsule (web and headless are independent profiles). Verify with dsh --profile web --dump-config — expect id: failure-capsule / name: dsh-failure-capsule. Capsules default to .dsh/failure-capsules/ in the session workspace. The plugin does not modify Harness core, does not upload data, and does not call models to diagnose failures.
Compatibility
Verified against @deepseek-ai/dsh@0.1.0-rc.7 native session/event and agent/error interfaces. Works as a standard Profile Bundle. Local-first, offline evidence packages.
