Adds a startup animation to the DeepSeek Harness Web GUI and desktop client so the page opens on a launch video instead of a cold, half-assembled shell, then lifts the curtain when the video ends. The host half contributes one inline script so the video element exists and is fetching ~30 ms into navigation, the browser half adopts the same element to keep its buffer, and it ships one skin, accepts uploads, adds its own Settings -> Startup animation page and honours prefers-reduced-motion.
dsh-web-start-ui adds a startup animation to DeepSeek Harness so the page opens on a launch video instead of a cold, half-assembled shell, and the curtain lifts when the video ends. The host half paints the backdrop and starts the video before the module graph is requested (measured on a 0.2.0-rc.2 host: element at 3 ms, metadata at 211 ms, playback at 622 ms, while the GUI's own first paint is at 191 ms - so the animation already covers it), the browser half adopts that same element and wraps it in the themed curtain with a skip footnote and outro, and clicking anywhere or pressing Escape lifts it immediately. Skins are videos (a skin.json manifest plus a video and optional poster frame) shipped in the package or uploaded and deleted from its first-level Settings -> Startup animation page.
