DeepSeek Harness plugin: dsh-drag-and-drop (org copy)
Drag local files or folders onto any part of the DSH Web UI and their original absolute filesystem paths are inserted into the current conversation input — without uploading, moving, or copying anything. Converts the browser's local file URI into the native absolute path; when the browser hides the path entirely it resolves the file through the current Workspace, registered Workspaces, the OS file index, and a bounded directory search. Full-page dim+blur drag hint, one path per line for multi-item drops, content fingerprints when multiple candidates exist, and a user picker when byte-identical copies cannot be told apart.

FAQ
- Does it upload or copy my files?
- No — files never leave their directory. The plugin only resolves the browser's local file URI to the native absolute path and writes it into the conversation input.
- How does it find files when the browser hides the path?
- It searches the current Workspace and registered Workspaces first, then the local file index and a bounded directory search; ambiguous cases use content fingerprints and a user picker.
- Which platforms are supported?
- macOS, Linux, and Windows — native paths, POSIX paths, Windows drive-letter paths, and UNC network paths.
