dsh-agent-relay is a local multi-agent collaboration relay for DeepSeek Harness and local fleets: a lightweight message-routing bus that lets dsh, Codex, Claude Code, and Hermes on the same host exchange code reviews, fact cross-checks, and task handoffs. The dsh plugin registers agent_relay_send / agent_relay_status / agent_relay_history / agent_relay_peers / agent_relay_retry model tools with adaptive backoff polling, per-root relay sessions, read/write permission presets, and a graphical sidebar status panel. Security: loopback-first binding, HMAC-SHA256 signatures, 300s replay protection, 5-failure/5-minute lockout, per-IP rate limits, 7-day message TTL, idempotent UUID dedupe, and message bodies are never written to logs or telemetry.
Install

The package ships an HTTP broker (default 127.0.0.1:19121), a dsh Cordis plugin registering 5 tools, JS/Python clients and a CLI. Broker data persists to SQLite by default (JSONL fallback on Node 20).
