A villager stands in the top-right corner, bobs on every hit and carries the controls: pause, volume, which stream to watch (reasoning only, reply only or both) and the matcher regex itself, with a live character count for reasoning and reply and a recent-matches list. Dragging the title bar moves it and double-clicking sends it back to the corner, with the position remembered in localStorage; it defaults to the top-right rather than bottom-right because the composer is full-width. Collapsed, the panel shrinks to the villager's head, which can still be dragged and clicked to pet the villager.
