dsh-tool-codegraph wraps codegraph — a tree-sitter AST code index — into ten focused agent tools, one per operation rather than a mega-tool with an action parameter: codegraph_status (index health), codegraph_sync (sync changes since the last index), codegraph_search (find a symbol by name), codegraph_explore (map an area with verbatim source and call paths), codegraph_callers / codegraph_callees, codegraph_impact (blast radius of a change), codegraph_node, codegraph_files and codegraph_affected (test files affected by changed sources). Lookups are O(1) against the index, light outputs stay in the main session, and heavy explore builds are routed to subagents. Orientation rules (status → sync → explore → targeted lookups) are injected into the system prompt automatically, and the prompt tells the model when callers/callees/impact may miss dynamic-dispatch edges and to fall back to grep.
Install

Install the plugin' block (note this README writes the flags as dsh plugin add --profile web, unlike the --profile web add order other plugins use). The README requires the wrapped codegraph CLI on PATH (or an executable config key), and deliberately ships no init tool — indexing is started by the user with codegraph init.
Compatibility
A thin wrapper: all indexing and querying is done by the open-source codegraph CLI (colbymchenry/codegraph), which must be installed and on PATH (override via the executable config key). There is intentionally no init tool — following codegraph's own recommendation, the user runs codegraph init; until then the tools report the missing index and the agent keeps working with other search tools. queryTimeoutMs and initTimeoutMs are configurable.
