A real-time multi-GPU monitor pane for the DSH Web UI — one sidebar tab, one second per sample, every metric named, with NVML or nvidia-smi across a fleet of NVIDIA GPUs.

dsh-gpu-monitor-nvml is a real-time multi-GPU monitor pane for the DeepSeek Harness web UI: one tab in the right sidebar, one second per sample, every metric named, so a fleet of GPUs reads as clearly as a dashboard instead of a raw dump. Each GPU card shows utilization, memory utilization, VRAM used/free, power draw against its limit, SM and memory clocks, and a two-minute trend chart; the pane also has a dock chip when collapsed. The README says it was built and verified against live hardware — an NVIDIA RTX 4080 SUPER (index 0) and an RTX A4000 (index 1), both visible simultaneously.

Install

dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-gpu-monitor-nvml

Copied verbatim from the README's install section. A GitHub form (dsh plugin --profile web add github:janpauldahlke/dsh-gpu-monitor-nvml) and a local-checkout form (dsh plugin --profile web add "$PWD") are also documented, with removal via dsh plugin --profile web remove dsh-gpu-monitor-nvml.

Compatibility

Requires an NVIDIA GPU + driver — AMD and Intel GPUs are not supported (no metrics) — and the DSH web profile. Platform support per the README: Linux is fully supported with NVML primary and nvidia-smi fallback; Windows uses nvidia-smi as the primary path today (node-nvml ships Linux binaries only) with NVML used automatically if a Windows binding appears; macOS is a stub because no NVIDIA GPUs exist on modern Macs.
