dingyi222666/dsh-focus-chat

Provides dsh with a new "Focused Session" streamlined session view, which is easier to read and only focuses on the final output results

dsh-focus-chat adds a condensed, Claude Code-style Focus chat tab: each assistant turn collapses into a single summary line (thought duration, context items, shell commands, files edited/read, background jobs), and the whole turn folds into a Worked-for-Xm-Ys line. Clicking any line expands the full detail — tool cards, thinking, context injections, produced files — and mid-turn interjections split the fold into per-stretch lines.

Install

dsh plugin --profile web add @dingyi222666/dsh-focus-chat

Requires dsh >= 0.1.0-rc.6. After installing, restart dsh web and the Focus chat tab mounts automatically. The bundle loads once its full package name appears in the profile's dsh.profile.bundles list (added automatically on recent dsh builds; add it manually if your build does not).

Compatibility

dsh web GUI plugin requiring dsh >= 0.1.0-rc.6. It mounts a separate tab and deliberately never touches dsh's own source because the chat view's internal slots are not open to third-party plugins.

Recent updates

The current README documents summary-line classification including background-task settlement, stopped-turn rendering, per-stretch folding around user interjections, and failure tallies limited to commands rather than file operations.

FAQ

What dsh version is required?
The README states dsh >= 0.1.0-rc.6.
Does it patch the normal chat view?
No. It adds a separate tab because the chat view's internal slots are closed to third-party plugins by design.
How is the summary line built?
One assistant turn collapses into a single line describing duration, context, commands, file changes, and background jobs; clicking expands full details.
