@dsh-electron/dsh-plugin-git is a portable Git plugin for DeepSeek Harness: one Host service, one Client bundle and an optional Desktop enhancement, with the package running unchanged in both the Desktop app and a standard DSH Web host. It registers three right-sidebar tab types through the standard two-stage path and navigates through ctx.sidebarRight, so repository operations are available from the DSH interface rather than a separate tool. DeepSeek Harness Desktop pre-installs it (mirrored by git subtree) and it can be disabled from Settings → Plugins. Using dsh plugin to add it also activates the bundled cordis.patch.yml layer that mounts the plugin.

dsh plugin --profile web add @dsh-electron/dsh-plugin-gitCopied verbatim from the README's Installation 'DSH Web — shortest path' block, whose install table lists the npm registry form (recommended, prebuilt artifact, no build authorization) alongside tarball, local-path and github:cherrchen/dsh-plugin-git sources; the block follows it with dsh --profile web. The README notes the package is still experimental (pre-1.0 API) and that DeepSeek Harness Desktop pre-installs and enables it by default.
Compatibility
Runs unchanged in DeepSeek Harness Desktop and in a standard DSH Web host. It requires the upstream right sidebar (@deepseek-ai/dsh-client-ui-sidebar-right) — the README verifies against DSH 0.1.5-rc.2, 0.1.6-alpha.1/2, 0.1.7-alpha.1/2, 0.1.7-rc.1/2, 0.2.0-rc.1 and 0.2.0-rc.2, all of which ship it; without the right sidebar the Client half cannot load. The @dsh-electron/ npm scope identifies the publisher, not a runtime requirement, and the deprecated third-party Details Host plugin is no longer depended on.
