birdman1992/dsh-birdman-plugins

Community plugins for DeepSeek Harness (DSH): model metadata autofill and workspace artifacts view.

dsh-birdman-plugins is a small collection of two DeepSeek Harness plugins by Birdman. model-autofill is a host plugin that auto-fills missing model metadata -- display name, context window, and max output tokens -- in the llm-pi-ai settings namespace, sourced from the pi-ai built-in model catalog. workspace-artifacts is a host + client plugin that adds an 'Artifacts' tab to the web session view for browsing the current workspace file tree and viewing file contents with syntax highlighting and Markdown rendering.

Install

dsh plugin --profile web add @birdman1992/model-autofill

Both plugins are published to npm and the recommended way is npm: the line above installs model-autofill (the README also gives dsh plugin --profile web add @birdman1992/workspace-artifacts for the artifacts view). Registry re-verified 2026-09-30: @birdman1992/model-autofill 0.2.0 and @birdman1992/workspace-artifacts 0.1.1, both with repository fields back-linking to github.com/birdman1992/dsh-birdman-plugins (directory plugins/model-autofill and plugins/workspace-artifacts), MIT. GitHub subdirectory install (github:birdman1992/dsh-birdman-plugins#path:plugins/...) is also documented. Restart the profile (dsh --profile web) after installing.

Compatibility

DeepSeek Harness Web profile. Both plugins are plain JavaScript with no build step, so a git install needs no prepare script (the README notes pnpm >= 10 may ask for an allowBuilds allowlist only when a package declares a prepare script).

Recent updates

The README documents the npm and GitHub-subdirectory install forms (including the #path: subdirectory spec), the uninstall commands, an 'install from local checkout' debugging path, and a 'bundle manifest essentials' section listing what an npm plugin package needs (dsh.bundle.patch, plus dsh.client / exports["./client"] for a browser half).
